Rural building conversion into 5 new houses – Warwickshire

A redundant group of rural buildings with a long history, including use as a convent and a school, were converted into 5 family dwellings. The development respected the historic nature and architecture of the buildings, whilst creating contemporary homes for modern family living.

Conversion of a derelict waterside mill into a café and residential accommodation – Berkshire

Planning consent has been received for this historic mill, situated on an island between a river and canal. The derelict building is to be converted into a café, to benefit the public that use the waterways, with associated residential manager’s accommodation and a holiday let apartment.
